Fred Strong was a tenor from Victoria who sang Gospel songs by invitation at different churches around Victoria. He often toured South Australia which was where the other two members of his band came from. They were Lawrie Hughes who played organ, and Ian Hughes who played piano.

The trio were introduced to Good God by Rex Stacey from SONOREX tape duplication services, and this album was recorded in 1980. The players who assisted in the recording were Dave Jackson who played bass, Ray Shepherd who played drums, and Peter Farley who played electric guitar.

Unfortunately I dont have an album cover for display but the tapes survived the years of being moved around and you can listen to a selection of music from that album.
